We want you to feel confident trying JIYU. That's why every purchase is backed by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you're not satisfied with your JIYU products for any reason, you can contact us within 30 days of your purchase to request a full refund.
No product return is required. We believe skincare is personal, and we don't want you to worry about sending back products you've already opened or used.

A brief explanation of your experience
Our team will review your request and, once approved, process your refund to your original payment method.

2. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jiyuskin.com.

We'll work quickly to make it right with a replacement or refund.

4. Do I Need to Return My Products?

No.
JIYU does not require customers to return products to receive a refund.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept physical returns of skincare products that have been opened or used. Please do not mail products back unless our team specifically instructs you to do so.
